This opens a recovery case with a checklist. It takes a few seconds and you can start working through it straight away.

This does not restrict your AGN access. Opening a case tells staff what happened and gives you a checklist. Any decision about access is made by a person, with their name against it, and you would be told.

Your progress

Member accounts are not built yet, so XP, certifications and saved progress have nowhere to live. Courses and labs work now — nothing is recorded against you.

Signing in would use your Discord account. That is a decision for AGN staff, not something this page should assume.

In a hurry?

If an account has just been taken, containment comes before learning. The recovery checklist works without signing in — deliberately, because you may be locked out of the very account you would sign in with.
