Start here. The first thing this does is help you get whoever it is out — in the order that actually works. Learning comes afterwards, once you are not in the middle of it.
Reporting this costs you nothing. Telling AGN that your account was taken does not get you in trouble and does not restrict your access on its own. Members who report quickly are how everyone else avoids the same scam — and a staff member, not this page, makes any decision about access.
What you will never be asked for
Not here, not by AGN staff, not by anyone legitimate. If something asks for one of these, that is the attack:
- Your password, for anything
- A two-factor or authenticator code
- A backup or recovery code
- A session token, a cookie, or a QR code from a login screen
- Remote access to your computer
This system records that you completed a step. It has nowhere to put a secret even if somebody tried — there is no field for one.

Pick the closest one. If two apply, start with the account that holds the others — usually the email.
