Disconnects and timeouts

You get in fine and then get dropped.

Nothing is sent to AGN unless you choose Submit Report.

What gets checked, and why

  • Packet loss and jitter over a short sample
  • Adapter type and link state
  • DNS servers
  • Reachability of AGN endpoints
  • Times of recent drops if you record them

These checks read information. They change nothing on your computer. Repairs are offered separately, one action at a time, and only after you confirm each one.

Worth answering before you ask for help

  • What time did it happen?
  • Did a message appear before the drop?
  • Do other devices in the house drop too?

This needs a person, not a diagnostic tool. Please open a ticket and a staff member will pick it up.

If everything else works and only AGN does not, the problem is most likely something we added. Please do not reinstall anything yet — send us the report first.

Your PC tried to reach the AGN server and gave up waiting. That can be your connection or ours — the checks tell us which.

FiveM checks in with its own service as part of joining. That check did not complete.

The first time you join, FiveM downloads everything AGN streams. A stall here is usually space, connection, or one specific file.

Being dropped mid-session can be your line, your router, or the server. The timing pattern usually tells us which.

Your PC turns names like agnstaff.com into addresses using a DNS server. That lookup is failing.

The server that hands out AGN's files answered with an error. This one is almost certainly on our side.

The tool pings three things: your own router, your DNS server, and AGN. Reading them together tells you where the trouble begins - inside your house, on your line, or beyond it. A bad reading at your router means there is no point looking further out yet.

This number is the speed between your computer and AGN's server, over one connection. It is not the same as a speedtest.net result and will usually be lower - that is expected, not a fault. What it tells you is whether your connection can pull server content at a sensible rate.

The script probably did what you asked but could not tell you so.

Run this on your PC

The Support Assistant runs these same checks locally and writes a report you review before anything leaves your machine.
